Including, but not limited to, property assessments, conservation strategy development, all facets of daily conservation systems development and special conservation project identification.

Wildlife & Veterinary Department
Consultation and negotiations with the department of wildlife and relevant other national / local government organizations, veterinary and licensing departments, ensuring that all documentation for game farm (or ranch) status are met, as well as the relevant licenses / documentation required for specific conservation projects.

Soil Erosion Rehabilitation
The assessment, consultation and management of soil erosion rehabilitation projects, incorporating the training of staff for preventative maintenance implementation.

Game Counts & Capture
In consultation with owner - planning, implementing and managing game counts and game capture projects, throughout Southern Africa.

Re-introduction Project Management
Species composition and suitability assessments, in consultation with various land owners and specialists.

Game Translocation
In consultation with owner - planning, implementing and managing all game translocation programs, throughout Southern Africa.

Anti-poaching
The development, training and implementation of anti-poaching systems, in conjunction with various specialists in the field.

Vegetation
Zoning and composition listing, as well as exclusion / monitoring plots / transects, in consultation with the land owner and various specialists in the field.

Fire Control
The development, training and implementation of fire control management systems, including fire brakes / block burning.
