TMCS is owned and managed by Wendy & Francois du Toit, with combined 'hands on' experience in the Tourism and hospitality industry, of 31 years, our working experience is varied and includes working within parastatal organizations, privately owned properties, syndicated camps, lodges, restaurants and private members clubs.
We have a vast knowledge of managing eco-properties, commercial and non-commercial lodges covering all aspects of property development, infrastructure maintenance and management, systems development and management, marketing and public relations, budget planning and financial management, labour relations and community development projects.
TMCS is a registered service provider to the tourism and hospitality industry, with Durban Africa and Tourism Enterprise Program (TEP), in South Africa. Our passion for the industry, its people and conservation inspired us to create our company du Toit Tourism Management Consulting Services (TMCS), after relocating back to South Africa, in June 2006. We understand the unique and logistical pressures of the Hospitality and Tourism Industry and the hours of dedication, hence we are available to assist our clients 7 days a week, at any time, day or night.

Sharon Cassar and Pat Jones joined our team at TMCS in 2008. Sharon has over 25 yrs experience in the hospitality industry working for multi-national hotel groups and joins us in our ops department at our head office. Pat has 30 yrs experience in bookkeeping management and now assists us in our accounts department.
